Nombur serves as a remote bookkeeping and financial services partner to a wide range of businesses. Its expertise spans general bookkeeping, payroll, valuation, reconciliation, and audit preparation, delivered with clarity, precision, and scale.

All services are provided in accordance with the terms set forth in this document and any applicable service agreement entered into with the client.
Eligibility to Use Our Services
To be eligible to engage Nombur’s services, an individual must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess the legal authority to act on behalf of the business or organization being represented
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the onboarding or service engagement process
Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Nombur’s services are expected to:
- Provide timely, accurate, and complete information necessary for effective service delivery
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of any login credentials or account access, if applicable
- Ensure that all agreed payments are made in accordance with the specified terms
- Communicate any relevant issues, changes in business operations, or concerns as they arise
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities or to provide accurate information may result in service delays, limitations, or suspension.
Payments and Billing
a. Fees
Service fees are determined based on the agreed scope of work and are confirmed prior to the commencement of any engagement. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are billed in United States Dollars (USD).
b. Invoicing
Invoices are issued either on a monthly basis or in accordance with defined project milestones, subject to the terms of the applicable service package.
c. Payment Terms
Payments are typically due upon receipt unless alternative terms have been agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur a fee as outlined in the client’s service agreement.
Confidentiality
Nombur acknowledges the sensitive nature of client financial and business information. Accordingly, the following confidentiality standards shall apply:
- All client data, whether personal or business-related, shall be treated as strictly confidential
- No information shall be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where disclosure is required by applicable law or legal process
This confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the termination of our services.
Use of the Website
By accessing the Nombur website, users agree to refrain from the following activities:

- Continued failure to make payment despite reasonable reminders
- Inability to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances
Any outstanding fees for work performed up to the effective date of termination shall remain payable.
Limitation of Liability
While Nombur exercises reasonable care to ensure the accuracy and reliability of its services, the company shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or business interruption
- Losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading data provided by the client
- Delays or errors caused by third-party platforms, technologies, or service providers
In all circumstances, Nombur’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content presented on the Nombur website, including but not limited to text, graphics, branding elements, and service descriptions, is the exclusive property of Nombur. No part of the website or any related marketing materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without prior written consent from Nombur.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be revised or updated periodically at Nombur’s discretion. Any modifications will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Nombur’s services following such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
